Privacy Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data Supermations collects through supermations.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We have written it to be read, not skimmed past.

1. Who we are

Supermations (“Supermations”, “we”, “us”) builds AI automation software for real estate developers, brokers and marketing agencies in India and the United Arab Emirates. For the personal data described here, we decide why and how it is used, which makes us the Data Fiduciary under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the controller under the UAE's Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

2. What this policy covers

This policy covers our website and the early-access form on it. If you later use the Supermations product as a customer, the handling of your buyers' and leads' data is governed by our customer agreement and data processing terms, which we share before any pilot begins.

3. Information we collect

Information you give us when you request early access:

  • your name, work email address and WhatsApp number;
  • your company, role, and the city or market you work in;
  • optional details: number of active projects, monthly lead volume, the CRM you use, the features you are interested in, and any message you write;
  • your consent to be contacted, and when you gave it.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. We use it only to run the site securely, prevent abuse (for example, limiting repeated form submissions) and fix problems.

We do not ask for, and ask you not to send, sensitive information such as financial or identity documents.

4. How we use it

  • to respond to your early-access request and decide how we can help;
  • to contact you on WhatsApp, phone or email about early access, the free Ad Compliance Scan, the Leak Audit or a pilot;
  • to understand which features matter most to developers, so we build the right things first;
  • to keep the website secure and prevent fraud or abuse;
  • to meet our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for unrelated marketing without asking you first.

5. Why we are allowed to use it

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the early-access form. You can withdraw it at any time (see section 10), and withdrawing is as easy as giving it. Withdrawal does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew. We may also process data where the law allows it without consent, for example to comply with a legal obligation or to keep our services secure.

6. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run Supermations, and only as needed:

  • Website hosting (for example Vercel), which serves the site and processes the form;
  • Google Workspace (Google Sheets and email), where we store and manage early-access requests;
  • Messaging providers such as WhatsApp (Meta), when we contact you there.

These providers act on our instructions and must protect your data. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, to protect our rights or users' safety, or as part of a merger or acquisition (in which case this policy will continue to apply to your data).

7. Where it is stored

Our service providers may store or process data on servers outside India or the UAE. When that happens we use reputable providers with appropriate safeguards, and we transfer data only as permitted by the DPDP Act, the UAE PDPL and other applicable law.

8. How long we keep it

We keep early-access requests only as long as we need them for the purposes above, and no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless you become a customer, you ask us to keep talking, or the law requires us to keep it longer. If you withdraw consent or ask us to delete your data, we delete it unless we are legally required to keep it.

9. How we protect it

We use reasonable security safeguards to protect personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access limited to the people who need it, and secured accounts with our providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but if a personal data breach occurs we will notify you and the authorities as the law requires.

10. Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:

  • access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
  • correct, complete or update your data;
  • erase your data;
  • withdraw your consent to being contacted, at any time;
  • restrict or object to certain processing (UAE);
  • nominate another person to exercise your rights if you die or become incapacitated (India).

To use any of these rights, email hello@supermations.com with the subject “Privacy request”. We may need to confirm your identity first. We will respond as soon as we can and within the time the law requires. You can also simply reply “STOP” to any WhatsApp message from us.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India (for users in India) or the UAE Data Office (for users in the UAE).

11. Cookies and tracking

Our website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not track you across other websites. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.

12. Children

Supermations is a business service and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our product and the law evolve. We will change the “Last updated” date above, and if the changes are significant we will tell you before they apply to data we already hold.

14. Contact and grievances

For any question, request or complaint about your personal data, contact our Grievance Officer at hello@supermations.com. We aim to acknowledge every message promptly and resolve grievances within the time required by law.
